Refund and Returns Policy

At Artdoori, we take great care in packaging and dispatching our products. Due to the nature of items, we do not offer replacements. Please read the policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged
- Product is defective
- Product received is incorrect
The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
❌ Returns are not accepted for:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Incorrect size or design selection by the customer
- Minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences
- Customized / made-to-order products
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Sale or clearance items (if mentioned)
2. No Replacement Policy
⚠️ Replacement is not eligible under any circumstances.
Approved cases will be processed only as refunds.
3. How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact us with:
- Order ID
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue
- Brief description of the problem

Requests without proper proof may not be approved.
4. Return Approval & Pickup
- Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (where serviceable)
- If reverse pickup is unavailable, the customer may be asked to self-ship the product
- The product must be unused and in original packaging
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds are initiated only after inspection of the returned product
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method
For COD orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer after receiving account details.
If an order is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect address
- Multiple failed delivery attempts
- Refusal to accept delivery
Shipping charges (if any) may be deducted from the refund.
6. Shipping Charges
- If the issue is due to our error (damaged/defective/wrong item), return shipping is free
- Otherwise, shipping charges (if applicable) will be borne by the customer
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
