Return Process

Our return policy is applicable within 10 days from the date of placing the order and is valid only for the following reasons:

  • Damaged product
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Incorrect Product

The 10-day period begins on the date the product is delivered, as confirmed by our logistics team or courier partners. If you need to initiate a return, please contact us at contact@artdoori.com.

Steps to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to contact@artdoori.com to begin the return process.
  2. Provide Images: Attach four images of the product—Two showing the damaged part and the other of the entire product. This helps us determine the eligibility for return.
  3. Review: Our Quality Assurance team will review the images and get back to you within 2-3 days with the status of your return request.
  4. Return Approval: If your return is approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup of the product.
  5. Return Shipment: The pickup typically takes 2-3 working days, and delivery to our location  may take an additional 4-6 days.
  6. Inspection & Replacement: Once we receive the product at our store, our Quality Assurance team will inspect it. If the return is accepted, the replacement process will be initiated.

Important Notes:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping labels, and the invoice.
  • The product should be unused and in its original condition.
  • You will need to print two documents to give to the logistics company representative who comes for the pickup.

Lost in Transit

In rare cases where a product is lost in transit, we will either send you a replacement product or offer a full refund.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

We are unable to offer refunds if an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided by you, or if there are failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency, or if the recipient refuses the package. Please ensure that you provide a complete address, including any landmarks, for proper and timely delivery. Any re-shipment will incur additional charges.

Platform-Specific Returns

Please note, this return policy only applies to orders placed on our official website, Artdoori.com. For orders placed on other platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart,, this policy does not apply. Please refer to the respective platform’s return policy.

Refund Process

Refunds will be credited to your account within two weeks of handing your package to the return shipper. This period includes the transit time for us to receive your return, our internal processing time, and the bank’s processing time. However, in many cases, you may receive your refund more quickly.
